Welcome to the Kids Hub Help Center. Here are the answers to the most common questions we receive. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Orders and Delivery
1. What are the delivery charges? We provide delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250. However, if your total order value is Rs. 3,000 or above, delivery is completely free.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Lahore: 1 to 2 working days.

Other Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days. (Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days).
3. Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a link via SMS or email to track your parcel live.
4. Can I change or cancel my order? If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us on our WhatsApp number 0322-5757-111 within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Payment Options
1. What payment methods do you accept? Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. This means you only pay when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep.
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your Exchange Policy? We offer a Hassle-Free Exchange Policy. If you have size issues or are not satisfied with the product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
2. How do I initiate an exchange? To start the exchange process, please send your Order ID and the details of the product you want in exchange to our WhatsApp number. We will arrange for the replacement parcel to be sent. (Please note that customer is responsible for courier charges in case of standard exchanges).
3. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it free of cost. You will not have to pay any extra delivery charges for replacements due to our error.
Size and Fitting
1. How do I choose the correct size for my child? A detailed Size Chart is available on every product description page. We highly recommend checking these measurements against your child's size before placing an order. If your child is between sizes or healthily built, we suggest ordering one size larger.
