Orders & Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 2,500. For orders below Rs. 2,500, a delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies.
How long will delivery take?
- Lahore: 1–2 working days
- Other major cities: 2–4 working days
- Remote areas: 4–6 working days
During sales and festive seasons, delivery may take up to 7 working days. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched yet. Please WhatsApp us at 0322-5757-111 as soon as possible after placing your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives.
Exchange & Refund
What is your exchange and refund policy?
You can exchange or return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging. All returned items are checked on arrival. If the item does not match what we sent, or does not meet these conditions, the exchange or refund will not be processed and the item will be sent back to you.
Are there any charges for exchange or return?
We do not charge any exchange fee. Courier charges for sending the item back to us, and for delivering the exchanged item, are paid by the customer.
How do refunds work?
For unused items returned within 30 days, we refund the full product price via EasyPaisa or bank transfer within 7–10 working days of receiving the item.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We will replace it free of cost. Just send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to record an unboxing video?
Please record a video while opening your parcel. For any claim about a damaged, torn, defective, wrong, or missing item, an unboxing video is required. Without it, we may not be able to process the claim. A video is not needed for size exchanges.
How do I start an exchange or return?
WhatsApp us at 0322-5757-111 with your order number and the item details, then send the parcel to our return address: 125-A Sector, Street 7, Askari 10, Lahore.
Size & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Every product has a size chart. Please compare it with your child's measurements before ordering. If your child is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
