Exchange & Return Policy

We want you and your child to love every purchase. If something isn't right, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered cannot be exchanged or refunded
• All returned items are checked on arrival. If the item does not match what we sent, or does not meet the conditions above, the exchange or refund will not be processed and the item will be sent back to you.

Exchange

• Exchange for a different size or design within 30 days
• We do not charge any exchange fee. Courier charges for sending the item back to us, and for delivering the exchanged item, are paid by the customer.

Refund

• Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund of the product price
• Courier charges for sending the item back to us are paid by the customer
• Refunds are sent via EasyPaisa or bank transfer within 7–10 working days of receiving the item

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, torn, defective, or wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it free of cost.

Please record a video while opening your parcel. For any claim about a damaged, torn, defective, wrong, or missing item, an unboxing video is required. Without it, we may not be able to process the claim. A video is not needed for size exchanges.
